Breathe & Stretch Class
Slow down, release tension, and reconnect with God’s peace in this gentle Breathe & Stretch Class — a Christ-centered experience that nourishes both body and soul.
Through guided breathing, mindful stretching, and prayerful reflection, you’ll learn to quiet your mind, relax your body, and make space for God’s presence. Each session focuses on improving flexibility, reducing stress, and restoring balance — all while meditating on Scripture and gratitude.
